Our Team
Our lean management team combines years of experience in Japan, the primary source of our imported technology, and marketing.
Scott Earnshaw is the founder and President of Delphi Labs. He has spent the last four years involved in start-up businesses as a legal adviser and business manager. Prior to returning home to New Hampshire to engage in entrepreneurial activities, Mr. Earnshaw headed Morgan Stanley’s legal department in Tokyo. He holds a juris doctorate from Columbia Law School. During his legal career, he also served as an appellate advocate for the government with the US Department of Justice and advised clients on merger and acquisition matters while with the law firm of Skadden Arps.
Having worked a total of 12 years in Japan, Mr. Earnshaw continues to visit Tokyo regularly to work with business partners and suppliers there to ensure that the US market has the most recent information on key product developments.
Tamotsu Ishikawa is a founding partner and serves as Vice President of Product Development. Mr. Ishikawa has years of management experience in small business and construction. He maintains close ties with our primary supplier and business partner, Sketch Co.
William Shuttic serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Southwest and is responsible for business development throughout California and Arizona. Bill has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur in the international arena. He has been involved in projects involving food, clothing, music, real estate, health and fitness, and high-tech. His clients have included Mitsubishi Motors, Mitsubishi Foods, Asahi Denka, Shoai Japan, Pinetree Japan, Novamex, Mattel Toys, The Andre Crouch Band and the Mighty Clouds of Joy, Retro Clothing, Lam`s Kitchen, and Viken Global.
Bill has an MBA/MIM in International Management from Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management. He is conversational in Japanese and is familiar with Spanish and Russian.
Robert Scoggin serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Northwest and is responsible for business development in his sector of the country as well as helping to establish effective channels of distribution for new products. He is the owner and manager of Homestead Furniture in Cottage Grove, Oregon.
