Subject: Zefir Spray Deodorants
I have used both ZefirPro™ and ZefirFab™ in some of the apartments and houses I manage for my clients. I use both sprays in cigarette smoke and pet odor polluted apartments and houses prior to showing these units to potential clients. It has been my experience that within two to five days, the offensive odors are either completely absent or nearly eliminated.
My experience to date is that Zefir™ sprays are far superior to other deodorant agents that I’ve used in the past. Worthy of note is the fact, that to date, no one that rented or leased a sprayed unit has complained of bad or offensive odors in the units. Due to this experience, I will continue to use Zefir™ sprays as appropriate in rental units needing such treatment. It is far less expensive than washing and painting offensively smelly units.

Dear Delphi Labs:
Thank you for demonstrating your ZefirPro™ deodorant spray on my rental unit located at Rachel Road in Cottage Grove on Friday June 9th. I am pleased to report that he spray was effective beyond my expectations for this particular unit.
A. This small two-bedroom house was rented by a man, his wife and their three small children for a period of two-plus years.
B. The adults smoked in the house and had several pets.
C. When the unit was inspected by my property maintenance manager he informed me of the following:
a. The odors encountered were so offensive and unhealthy that he did not want to work in the unit without an appropriate type of mask that would eliminate the odors.
b. The toilet was not working and had human waste in it.
c. The utility room had animal feces on the floor and at the base of two of the walls.
d. When the rugs were removed there was a considerable amount of debris mixed with what must have been animal urine.
e. Mold was also found in abundance in the kitchen, bathroom, and utility room.
At this point you sprayed the ceiling and walls throughout the house with ZefirPro™ and requested that we leave all the lights in the unit on for several days.
The following week the maintenance manager entered the unit and found that the obnoxious odors were almost completely eliminated. At this point, he proceeded to remove the mold, wash and paint all the wood trim around windows and doors, paint doors and install new rungs throughout the unit.
Upon completion of the above work, the unit was rented the following day, and to date, the new renters have not complained about any offensive or strange or obnoxious odors in the house.

Dear Delphi Labs:
I am writing to let you know how pleased and happy I am with the results obtained when I sprayed the one-ounce ZefirFresh™ deodorant sample you gave me last July. I used the sample to spray the interior of my 1988 Pontiac Fiero’s cloth upholstery. In about mid-2003 I inadvertently left a window open in the Fiero and a neighbor’s cat somehow managed to get in through the open window and sprayed the upholstery with his scent. I subsequently shampooed the upholstery, door panels, and rugs, all to no avail. I then proceeded to try any and all upholstery cleaners and all deodorants stores and people suggested I try. Needless to say nothing worked. The nauseating smell would always return and in the heat of the summer, the smell seemed to return with a vengeance. At this point, I just about had given up any hope of ever eliminating the cat’s nauseating urine smell.
Luckily, I stopped by your store last July while you were handing out free one-ounce ZefirFresh™ deodorant spray samples to customers.
Upon leaving your store I immediately sprayed the entire sample ounce on the car seats, door panels, floor, and what remained on the ceiling. As you suggested, I parked the Fiero in the sun as much as possible during the following week.
Much to my surprise, within three to four days the smell seemed to be gone to the point no longer detectable. I had finally found the product I had been searching for.
It has now been about ten to eleven months since I sprayed the interior of my car and the cat smell has not returned.
Thank you ever so much for giving me that little free sample of ZefirFresh™. It did a fantastic job in curing my Fiero’s smelly problem.
